Frank Mugnolo is the president of Casino Gaming LLC. Mugnolo is known for taking casino games and adding twists to them. His latest venture is taking roulette and tweaking it to a new game called Colors. The new roulette game will be unveiled at the Global Gaming Expo this coming week in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The new game gives a new dimension to the standard game of roulette. The way Colors is played is that a contract wager will be made on whether black or red will show on three consecutive spins of the wheel. Once the bet is placed the player cannot pick it up until a decision has been made.

Calculations have been made by Stanley Ko, a gambling mathematician, and they came to the conclusion that the Colors game offers a 4.34 house edge while regular roulette games offer a 5.26 edge to the house.

Players can opt to wager on three blacks or reds consecutively without the Colors option by making a bet and parlaying it. But from the calculation perspective, playing Colors is better for the player in the long run as the house has a smaller edge.

For casinos to use the new Colors Roulette all they need to do is purchase a Colors betting box, it is that simple. Mugnolo commented on his invention: "Our philosophy has always been to come up with options that enhance existing games while making them attractive to both the casino owners and the players.”
