Florida Man Charged with Cheating at Iowa Casino
Whether it is hard times or just plain stupidity, criminals seem to be trying to cheat casinos all other the country. One week its baccarat, the next week its blackjack this week it is the roulette table. It seems that people think they can cheat the system to earn a quick buck and more often than not they get caught.

Jose Polance-Osvaldo, age twenty five of West Palm Beach, Florida, was arrested by the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation for allegedly cheating at a roulette table at the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort in Riverside, Iowa.

The man faces a charge of prohibited gaming activity, which is classified as a D felony. The Division of Criminal Investigation released a news brief that stated surveillance personnel at the casino saw what they believed to be suspicious activity and alerted the Division of Criminal Investigation agents who were present at the time.

The agents have also named three other suspects who are thought to be involved in cheating at the roulette table. It is believed that they were accomplices but the names have not been released as the investigation is ongoing.

The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation has not released the details of the cheating scam as they want to protect the game play at the roulette tables at Iowa Casinos.
