NetPlay and Channel Five Sign Live Roulette TV Deal
It was recently announced that NetPlay and Channel Five have signed a deal which will see Channel Five screen Live Roulette TV. Those who have Five will now be able to enjoy watching live roulette as well as betting on the games.

Five has been struggling with a decreased advertising income so adding the televised gambling, which is interactive, will help with increasing revenue. NetPlay operates on satellite channels in the United Kingdome so this will be the first time a terrestrial channel will be featuring the live gambling.

Five will televise the show, which is a four hour program. Viewers can open a NetPlay account and deposit funds and then place bets via the internet. Players can bet on the spin of the roulette wheel and their name will flash on the screen if they are a winner. Winnings will be deposited into the players NetPlay accounts.

The will begin on the 17th of this month and air three nights a week from midnight to 4am. Once October rolls around the show will air six nights a week and eventually move to daily broadcast in 2010.
