Pennsylvania Casino to Add Virtual Roulette to Game Floor
Land casinos around the United States have begun adding electronic table games to their casino floors. The electronic table games are a nice change and many players enjoy them. Not to mention the casino saves money by providing games such as roulette and blackjack without having to hire dealers. The Hollywood Casino in Pennsylvania will soon be adding virtual roulette to their casino floor. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved the casino to add the Vegas Star Roulette game which is manufactured by Shuffle Master.
When players play the roulette game they see a video screen of a taped actor running the roulette table. Multiple players can sit at betting stations and use touch screens to place their bets. Up to ten players will be able to play the virtual roulette game at Hollywood casino.
Pennsylvania laws on gambling do not allow table games such as roulette but the virtual games are allowed because they are set up as individual slot machines that are hooked together to create the feel of sitting at a real table of that particular game.
